Dominic Gallello
Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Gallello is an established leader who brings to MSC a deep background in design software. Early in his career, he spent 11 years at Intergraph, leading the company's businesses in both China and Japan. Following his time with Intergraph, Mr. Gallello spent 10 years at Autodesk, serving as EVP Asia/Pacific, establishing and running the high growth Mechanical Division and later served as EVP for all design and engineering related products. Throughout his career, Mr. Gallello has established a track record of building great products, driving an intense customer focus and building global brands. Mr. Gallello holds both BA and MBA degrees from Monmouth University.

Jim Johnson
Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Johnson brings strong operational finance experience to MSC, along with experience at both hardware and software companies. Prior to being CFO for VG Holdings, Mr. Johnson was Vice President of Finance for Veritas. Before joining Veritas, Mr. Johnson worked for Sun Microsystems for more than 15 years. During his career at Sun, Mr. Johnson served as Vice President of Finance for Worldwide Operations as well as Vice President of Finance of Worldwide Sales. Mr. Johnson holds a BA degree from University of Minnesota and a MBA degree from University of Chicago.

David J. Yuen
Senior Vice President, Americas
Mr. Yuen is an international executive with over 20 years of sales and management experience in software, networking systems, and multimedia solution business. At MSC, he has held a number of management positions including VP of Enterprise Solutions and VP/GM of the APAC/Japan region. Prior to joining MSC, Mr. Yuen held executive positions in a number of multi-national companies, including Senior Vice President at Hitachi Data Systems, Vice President at Portal Software, and GM of Applications Business at Oracle. He is a graduate of Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and the Sloan School of Management.

Kais Bouchiba
Senior Vice President, EMEA
Mr.Bouchiba is an international executive known for his strategic and operational focus with 20 years of technical, sales and management experience in the CAE Software business. He joined MSC in November 1998 as the Technical Manager in France and demonstrated continuous success in his roles as French Country Manager, EMEA Technical VP, EMEA VP for the Enterprise Business and finally the VP for General Business. Kais is the executive sponsor of strategic relationships with many of MSC's key customers. Prior to joining MSC, Kais spent 9 years with the French Ansys support Distributor where he held the position of Chief Scientist. He holds a Grandes Ecoles Award Master of Science and Engineering Degree from the National School of Electricity and Mechanics, member of the National Polytechnic Institute of Lorraine.

Albrecht Pfaff
Vice President, SimManager Business Unit
Mr. Pfaff brings more than 25 years of CAE industry experience in Management, Sales & Marketing to MSC. He joined MSC in 1990 and developed MSC's business and market position in Europe – during the last 6 yrs. he strongly focused to the EMEA Aerospace Industry – the largest industry segment in MSC. During this time Mr. Pfaff was driving operational excellence, achieved continued revenue growth and developed close strategic relationship with key Aerospace customers. Before joining MSC, Mr. Pfaff was six years with General Electric, and managed an international team responsible for CAD/CAM-Applications. In the late 80s, he developed and pioneered the most innovative European Automation Center at GE Automation to integrate CAD/CAM technologies into the wide range of CIM capabilities. Mr. Pfaff holds a graduate mechanical engineering degree from Polytechnikum Giessen - he is member of the national NAFEMS steering committee.

Doug Neill
Vice President, Product Development
Mr. Neill, with over 25 years of experience in engineering and engineering methods development, is recognized internationally as an expert in aeroelastic optimization. Mr. Neill began his career at Northrop Grumman, where he developed interdisciplinary structural optimization tools that were applied in the design of a number of air vehicles including the High Speed Civil Transport, the Naval variant of the YF-23 fighter and several high altitude, long endurance platforms. With both senior executive and technical responsibilities for design optimization, aerospace applications, and business development at engineering simulation software companies including Universal Analytics (UAI), The MacNeal Group, and MSC.Software, Mr. Neill has extensive expertise in Multi-Disciplinary (MD) finite element solver development and in the architecture of the MD framework for the integration of NASTRAN, Marc, Dyna and Dytran technologies. Mr. Neill holds a Bachelor of Science (cum laude) in Aeronautics and Astronautics from the University of Washington.

Sanjay Choudhry
Vice President, Product & Release Management
Dr. Sanjay Choudhry is responsible for Product and Release Management at MSC.Software. He has over 20 years of experience in the CAE industry with MSC.Software and prior to that at Marc Analysis Research Corporation managing all aspects of the product. Dr. Choudhry has made a substantial contribution to product development as well as directed the development of various key functionalities in MSC products. He has published over 45 publications in various areas of simulation technology. In the initial part of his career, Dr. Choudhry held various research, engineering and sales support positions at Bridgestone/Firestone Corporation and Firestone Industrial Products Company. Dr. Choudhry has a B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology at Kanpur, an MS and a PhD in Engineering with focus on Computational Mechanics and Applied Mathematics from The Ohio State University at Columbus and an MBA from the Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley.

John Janevic
Vice President, Strategic Operations
As Vice President of Strategic Operations, Mr. Janevic brings 17 years of CAE industry experience with MSC and Mechanical Dynamics, Inc. In addition to driving operational excellence, Mr. Janevic and his team plan to revitalize customer relationships and restore MSC as a preferred partner to our customers and other leading simulation software vendors. In previous roles, Mr. Janevic directed business analysis and strategic pricing, and held a variety of marketing and services positions. Mr. Janevic holds an M.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Minnesota and a B.S. degree in Engineering Science from the University of Michigan.

Doug Campbell
Vice President, General Counsel
Mr. Campbell joined MSC in June, 2005, and has served as the Company's Vice President and General Counsel since January, 2007. From April 2004 to June 2005, Mr. Campbell served as Vice President, Secretary and Chief Legal Counsel for Kendle International Inc., a NASDAQ listed company that is a leading global clinical research organization. From 1998 to 2004, Mr. Campbell served in several roles of increasing responsibility for Structural Dynamics Research Corporation and its acquirer, Electronic Data Systems Corporation ("EDS") most recently as Senior Vice President and General Counsel for EDS' then wholly-owned subsidiary, Unigraphics Solutions. Prior to 1998 Mr. Campbell was a partner with the Cincinnati, Ohio based law firm of Dinsmore & Shohl, LLP. Mr. Campbell holds a Bachelor of Science degree in History from Bates College and received his J.D. from University of Michigan in 1988.
