Dearborn, Michigan, a major commerce and industry hub, was
the location of the 2003 MSC.Software Virtual Product Development
Conference. Dearborn, being only 10 minutes from the center of
Detroit, is the home of the Ford Rouge Plant, one of the world's
largest and most comprehensive production facilities. Dearborn
also hosts a world famous industrial center and is the site of
multi-million-dollar commercial developments; at the same time
it is one of America's leading tourist and college towns.
The conference was held at the 772-room Hyatt
Regency in Dearborn. The recently renovated hotel welcomed attendees
with a spectacular
16-story atrium and high-impact architectural design.
