Frankfurt fair exhibition centre, 10 minutes Frankfurt International Airport (12 km), 15 minutes Main station (3.5 km), 6 minutes Highway exit "Westkreuz" (500 m), 2 minutes Tram No 17 (350 m), 2 minutes walking distance Metro station, 10 minutes walking distance City centre and financial district.

The Conference starts at 09:00am on Wednesday 17 October, so arrival on Tuesday 16 October is highly recommended. Guests arriving on Tuesday 16 October will be able to enjoy a complimentary Welcome Evening Reception and will benefit from a leisurely pre-Conference registration.
The Conference closes at 16:00pm on Thursday 18 October. Complimentary transportation to the Airport and main Railway station will be provided in order to ease your return journey, however, please feel free to extend your stay in Frankfurt if you are able.
