Consistent with today's highly networked, collaborative environments for work and play, there are several ways you can benefit by interacting with others in the global MSC community. You can connect with others through our Facebook community, our SimulateMore YouTube channel, and our blog.
If you need additional product help (after leveraging all the resources in our Academic FEA Learning Center or Academic Motion Learning Center), you can solicit ideas & assistance from others who participate in the MSC community discussion forums. We provide academic-focused forums where students & professors can search and read previous posts as well as post their own questions or answers. (Be sure to share back what you know and have learned through your own use of MSC software!) And we provide industry-focused forums for working engineers – you may search previous posts there to derive knowledge from them (but we ask that students do not post in these forums).
And if you are a full-time professor, research scientist, or IT staff member who is a "Designated Contact for MSC software" at your school, then you are entitled to receive our standard Technical Support. We want to help you become an expert and enduring knowledge base for MSC software at your school.
