MSC.Software CEO Frank Perna Joins Board of Directors for the Center for Entrepreneurship and Engineering Management at the University of California, Santa Barbara


SANTA ANA, Calif. - October 8, 2003 - MSC.Software Corp. (NYSE: MNS), the leading global provider of virtual product development (VPD) products, including simulation software and services, today announced that chairman and CEO Frank Perna has joined the Board of Directors of the Center for Entrepreneurship and Engineering Management (CEEM) at the University of California, Santa Barbara (UCSB).
