Ann Arbor, MI. - April 1, 2004 - MSC.Software Corporation today announced a partnership with Henry Ford Community College in Dearborn, MI to offer training courses in CAD/CAE to designers and engineers in the Detroit Metro area. The courses are offered by the MSC.Software Institute of Technology, the world's largest provider of product development training with a faculty of 400 instructors globally.
The MSC.Institute of Technology courses being offered at the M-TEC Center at Henry Ford Community College will initially include classes in MSC.Nastran, MSC Patran, MSC.ADAMS, MSC.Marc, CATIA, ENOVIA and SmarTeam. Classes are already forming and registrations are being accepted. Additional CAD/CAE classes will be offered later in 2004.

On Tuesday, April 6, beginning at 2:00 pm, MSC.Software, IBM, and Henry Ford Community College will kickoff the new training partnership by hosting a complimentary CATIA and SimDesigner hands-on workshop and open house at the M-TEC facility in Dearborn Michigan. Peter Lamoureux, Manager C3P Deployment and Methods, Ford N. America, will be a guest speaker, presenting on Implementing CATIA for C3P at Ford Motor Company.
