MSC.Software Has Filed Its Form 10-K for Fiscal Year ended December 31, 2005


Form 10-Q's for the first three quarters of 2005 have also been filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission


SANTA ANA, Calif. - June 12, 2006 - MSC.Software Corp.
