Course Registration Information

Register
To register for a class, you can call a Training Specialist
in Santa Ana, California
at 1-800-345-2078 or register
on-line.
Please be prepared to provide
the following information: course name and number, location of the course,
your company name and mailing address, telephone number, and payment information.
Payment may be made by check, company purchase order, MasterCard, Visa,
or American Express. Since attendance is limited in each course, early
registration is recommended.
After you have enrolled in a course, you will receive a confirmation package,
which includes a letter stating the dates and location of the course, information
on local hotels, and helpful area maps with directions to the educational center
you will be attending. Please note that clients are responsible for making their
own hotel reservations.
Cancellation
Policy
MSC.Software reviews course enrollment two weeks prior to each course,
and MSC.Software reserves the right to cancel a course if the minimum
class size is not met. Upon cancellation, each student's fee will be promptly
refunded upon request. If a class is cancelled, MSC.Software will make
every attempt to notify you within ten working days.
Attendee cancellations must
be received at least ten working days in advance by notifying the Training
Specialist. Registrations cancelled by the attendee less than ten working
days before the course begins are subject to a 25% cancellation charge.
The full tuition fee for a "no show" is nonrefundable.
Continuing
Education Units (CEUs)
The MSC Institute of Technology complies with the Continuing Education
Unit Criteria and Guidelines published by the lnternational Association
for Continuing Education andTraining (IACET). Students who successfully
complete MSC Institute courses will be granted one continuing education
unit for each l0 contact hours.
Educational Training Guidelines:
Professors: Each year at renewal time you will
receive one free five day training credit. This training credit
is good for any course that MSC.Software offers at any one of
our Institute locations. You will be responsible for your own
travel expenses. Please note that these classes are
subject to availability.
Students: Students who wish to attend training
classes are welcomed at the special discounted rate of $75.00
per day. This price applies to full-time students only. Written
approval for your participation in the class is required in writing
from the designated point of contact at each university. This
approval must be submitted to receive confirmation of your enrollment
in the class. You will be responsible for your own travel expenses.
