MSC.ADAMS 2003 Service Pack 1
Description:
ISO images are provided at the bottom of this page, which represent the bundle of individual MSC.ADAMS product Service Packs on each supported platform. The ISO image is used by a CD burner to create a CD-ROM containing the MSC.ADAMS service packs. You should download an ISO image for each platform you have MSC.ADAMS installed on.
Installation Instructions:
The ISO file that you have downloaded was extracted directly from the MSC.Software production CD into this single file. The ISO file or ISO image contains all of the special information that is required to create an exact copy of the MSC.Software production CD.
Because the ISO file is exact copy of the production CDs, any CD you make from these files will be identical to a CD you would receive from MSC.Software in the mail. It will contain exact the same installation files that were tested and approved by the MSC product delivery team. You can install the software using the exact same procedures as you would if MSC.Software had made the CD.
All you need to do is acquire software that can read the ISO file. You have two options. You can use CD writing software to make your own copy of the CD or you can use CD imaging software to open the ISO file and directly view the contents. We have listed some of the popular software products that can read these ISO images. Some of these are commercial software products like Roxio Easy CD Creator while others are shareware products, which you can use for a evaluation period before buying. These links are provided for convenience only. They do not represent an endorsement of these products by MSC.Software.

View the contents of the ISO Image
You can view the contents of the ISO file like you would a zip file. To do this you will need a special program to open the file and allow you to view its contents. There are several shareware or freeware tools available on the Internet to view the contents of the ISO file.
- Download an ISO image for the platform(s) you are running MSC.ADAMS 2003 on by selecting the platform link at the bottom of this page.
- Download and install one of the many CD imaging tools.
(A list of popular CD imaging tools listed on the download page.)
- Use the instructions that come with the selected tool to open the image.
You can now install the product via this tool or copy the contents of the ISO file to your hard drive and install the product from your hard drive.
Note: When copying the files to your local disk drive, be sure to copy all of the files and to keep them in the same relative position that you find in the ISO file. The installation will undoubtedly fail if it cannot locate all the necessary files.
