MSC.Patran 2005 r2 Convert Patch for Windows

Databases from older versions of Patran may lose LBC's associated with Parasolid-based geometry after conversion to Patran 2005r2 (See CR1-21535601 or Solution 1-22443811 for more details).
To resolve this issue, unzip this patch and drop it into $P3_HOME/bin/exe/msc_convert/
