MSC.Fatigue V2001r3 Library Update

Description
The MSC.Fatigue V2001r3 library is being posted on the web for all platforms for both the Patran and Standalone installs, in order to address a problem with accessing materials created in a user database.

Installation
Rename your current 'pfatigue.plb' file in your P3_HOME area to 'pfatigue.plb.old' or something like that. You can now download the 'pfatigue.plb' file that is posted on the web into this location. No other steps need to be taken.
