Builder and Evaluator 2006r1 Update

This is an update to MSC.Mvision Builder and Evaluator 2006r1. The general release was distributed with the libtiff shared library hard linked to the executable on the HP-UX platform.

Download the executable and place in the <install_dir>/bin/.bin directory. Rename the current mvbuild file to mvbuild_orig and rename the mvbuild_hp, to mvbuild. Restart Mvision.
