MSC.Patran 2003 (r2) MSC.FlightLoads Fix

This addresses quality #1-11579301

This patch corrects a problem in spline verification in MSC.FlightLoads 2003r2 in which the static or animated deflection of the aerodynamic mesh is not displayed. Althought the spline computations occur, the resulting displacement result is not properly displayed in the viewport.

Instructions for the WINNT package:

1. Copy the .ZIP file into the Patran 2003 installation directory
   (default is C:\MSC.Software\MSC.Patran\2003\)
2. Open the file with WinZip, and extract the archived files to that current directory.
3. The files will be placed in the appropriate subfolders. Remove the .ZIP file.

Instructions for any UNIX package:

1. Copy the .tar.gz file into the Patran 2003 installation directory
   (default is /msc/patran2003/)
2. Extract the files using Gunzip and the 'tar' command, run from the installation directory, as follows:
   gunzip -d < filename.tar.gz | tar xf -
3. The files will be placed in the appropriate subfolders. Remove the .tar.gz file.
