MSC Patran 2006r1a Patch

This patch addresses an issue with fringe plots that may appear all red (CR#1-47329647), as well as an issue with memory management on Windows XP Pro machines using the /3GB switch to utilize large memory addresses (CR#1-22974555).  It is recommended that users apply this patch to their existing 2006r1 Patran installs.

NOTE: This upgrade is a set of patches to the 2006r1 release of MSC Patran. It *DOES NOT* upgrade any other release to MSC Patran 2006r1a, nor does it work with any other release.

Instructions for the Windows platform:

1. Copy the .ZIP file into the Patran 2006 installation directory
   (default is C:\MSC.Software\MSC.Patran\2006\)

2. Open the file with WinZip, and extract the archived files to that current directory.

3. The files will be placed in the appropriate subfolders. Remove the .ZIP file.

Instructions for the UNIX/Linux platforms:

1. Copy the .tgz file into the Patran 2006 installation directory
   (default is /msc/patran2006/)

2. Extract the files using Gunzip and the 'tar' command, run from the installation directory, as follows:
   gunzip -d < filename.tgz | tar xf -

3. The files will be placed in the appropriate subfolders. Remove the .tgz file.
