Contact Visualizer
The contact visualizer is not a load. It is actually a part of post-procession to show the contact links. If your model has contact loads (Contact, Coupled Advection or Gap Radiation), the translator will create a job_name.cpv file which contains all the contact links. Please note: the job_name.cpv file only exists after Analysis job submitted, which means Contact Visualizer feature is only available after Analysis.
If you open an existing model with an existing job_name.cpv file, you need to open the Analysis form first, because Contact Visualizer form needs to get the current job name from Analysis form, unless the current job name is the same with the model name. Contact Visualizer form will search the current job name first, if failed, will use the model name instead. User needs to aware that the model name and current job name may not be the same.
In the upper part of the Contact Visualizer form, there are three surface link options: Inter Surface Only, Intra Surface Only and Inter/Intra Surface. Inter Surface Only shows the contact visualizers between surfaces, Intra Surface Only shows the contact visualizers inside a surface (or two surfaces). The contact conductors inside a surface are all negative contactors. Inter/Intra Surface shows both kinds of contact visualizers.
The Contact Loads List window shows all the contact loads, and the Contact Visualizers List shows the currently displayed contact visualizers in the model.
Select loads in the Contact Loads List, then click Add/Refresh Selected button, the contact visualizers will be created and shown up in the Contact Visualizer List with _visualizer added to the load names. If the contact visualizers already exist, they will be updated in case the contact loads were changed. Add/Refresh All button will create/update all the contact visualizers for all the contact loads, no matter if they are selected or not. Remove Visualizers button is used to deleted the selected contact visualizers in the Contact Visualizers List.
