The interface on Windows platforms is quite different in appearance than that for UNIX, but the process is almost identical. Submitting through this interface is simple. Simply follow these steps:

Once a file is selected, you can edit the file if necessary before submitting it. This is done by pressing the Edit File button. By default the Notepad application is used as the editor. The default editor can be changed under the Tools | Options menu pick as shown below.
