Come join us for our presentation at the ASME IDETC 2008 conference August 3-6 in New York City. Look for details in the handbook of Conference Proceedings when you arrive. We hope to see you there!

Are you interested in discussing best practices for the inclusion of simulation software in your engineering curriculum?
If so, come dialog with us and other "birds of a feather" at the 2008 university-industry workshop on the Integration of Simulation Technology in the Engineering Curriculum (ISTEC) July 25-26 at Cornell University. According to the associated website, "In order to make simulation an integral part of the engineering educational experience, the workshop seeks to build a community of educators and practitioners collaborating on the deployment of simulation in the curriculum."

    Simulate More... with SimEnterprise Solutions
The latest (R3) releases of SimXpert, SimDesigner, and SimManager form a complete and tightly coupled environment designed to enable engineers like you to simulate more reliably, more accurately, more efficiently, and more productively throughout their enterprise. Special MSC training "for faculty only"
Have you ever thought to yourself "It would certainly help me include MSC software products in my course instruction if I could get some training on those products myself"? If so, you'll be happy to hear that we have scheduled 2 special training courses to help faculty learn how to use MD Nastran & Patran (on August 4-8) and MD Adams (on August 18-22) - both occurring in a special venue that facilitates networking among many university course instructors exchanging ideas and discussing best practices for the use of MSC's industry-leading simulation products in an engineering curriculum.

Register by visiting our Training website here: http://store.mscsoftware.com/training/trainingevents.cfm?PROD=Seminars.
    Or by calling 800.732.7211.

Check out the newest capabilities in the recent releases of MD Nastran and MD Adams
See our web pages describing What's New in MD Nastran R3 as well as What's New in MD Adams R3. Each of these product releases provides considerable new and useful capabilities, separately as well as together. For instance, MD Adams R3 provides an Adams/Mechatronics module which will be included with our University MD Motion Bundle together with numerous "New Feature Examples for MD Adams R3". And MD Nastran R3 provides more direct and streamlined nonlinear FEA and contact modeling capability which will be included with our University MD FEA Bundle.

Considerable focus and effort was also invested in tightening and streamlining the interoperability between these two MD products, such as the new automated contact between flexible bodies in MD Adams based on modal representations from MD Nastran.
