How viruses spread through social interaction
Our Cradle team had produced a number of visualisations that show how viruses can be spread. They have been used by various institutions from universities and hospitals to public authorities to demonstrate the importance of social distancing and the role of personal protective equipment (PPE) and encourage everyone to stay safe.

We hope that you also find these visualisations useful. If you would like to learn more about how these simulations were made, a short overview presentation accompanies the videos below.
We want to help
We are offering free software licences, free cloud computing in collaboration with our partner Rescale and assistance from our COVID taskforce to help science and engineering efforts to fight COVID-19. If you are interested in using the simulations we have produced and developing them further with your research these are also available - just mention it when you speak to our COVID taskforce who will contact you on completion of the form on this page.
