MSC.Software and Delmia Corp. Form Strategic Partnership
Santa Ana, CA - March 2, 2004 - MSC.Software (NYSE: MNS), the leading global provider of virtual product development (VPD) products including simulation software and services and Delmia Corp., a Dassault Systèmes company (NASDAQ: DASTY; Euronext Paris: No. 13065, DSY.PA), today announced a strategic partnership through which MSC.Software will distribute and implement DELMIA products to manufacturing customers in the Americas.
As an extension of MSC.Softwares current partnership with Dassault Systèmes, this agreement further benefits customers by allowing concurrent development of manufacturing processes during the design phase of a product, reducing time to market and production costs.

DELMIA Digital Manufacturing Solutions offer manufacturers the technology and the collaborative environment to digitally define the way products are manufactured.
